IT Delivery Service for Small Office
Sinokap provide the Service model for Small Office includes Regular Day Service, Next Day Service, Emergency Service and Remote Service.
Service Scope Includes:
1. IT Support – Assist, troubleshoot and fix an issue/incident, that prevents user/s from doing their daily tasks using their PC and affects the business and/or user productivity.
2. General Maintenance - PC health monitoring, preventive maintenance, checking backup status Windows updates, antivirus updates on the clients, Antivirus database updated, Virus scan, backup check and etc.
3. End user training

• Microsoft Windows 2003 / 2008 Server Basic support
- Create ID, Renew ID, Change password, Security setup, Data backup.
- High level support on detail requirement
• Mail Server maintenance
- Regular mail client maintenance & Mail Server troubleshooting.
- Support with ISP to troubleshooting the connection’s problem on Mail Server.
• Antivirus management
- Support client’s antivirus and update the virus database.
- Server antivirus support and maintenance.
- Maintenance Antivirus Server
• Standard office productivity applications like MS Office, MS Project, Acrobat, etc.
• Desk-side support
• Print Server & Printer support (Software related)
• Service Pack and Hot fixes will be applied as and when required
• Internet/Network connectivity support
